It's incredible how far we've come in this intersection of Eastern meets Western holistic medicine.

This is a training I showed to a couple, one struggling with epilepsy - who came off the street and into my office yesterday.

Seizures are a series of electrical misfirings in the brain. The deep blue section of the 🧠 is the Semsorimotor strip. When this region works properly, we can access flow state, presence of mind, and increase our seizure threshold.

Neurofeedback has been an FDA approved treatment for epilepsy since the 1970's.

If "Comparison is the theif of joy," as Teddy Roosevelt astutely said, then surely gratitude is the catalyst of joy. What are you thankful for today? Just thinking of your answer can raise your dopamine levels.

I later heard from another wise man that we need to be just as thankful for the good times, as well as the bad. It took me a few years to fully grasp the significance of that statement in my bones.

It is in the hard times that we discover what we're made of. What we're capable of overcoming, and how resilient we really are. Keep Going! Stay the course of your dreams, and never give up! ✨️

Today, I am filled with gratitude for all my clients, supporters, colleagues, and brain health advocates who have believed in me and what I do for going on 10 years.

I feel so very blessed for the continual support of our community. From the referrals, treasured cards clients leave, and testimonies of their transformations, I thank you. 🤎
