A little before & after because I LOVE seeing a vision come together. 🥹✨

Our conference room at Pathways To Holistic Healing has officially transformed, and I absolutely love how this space turned out. 🤍

This room will hold classes, workshops, circles, conversations, healing, connection, and so many beautiful moments. Seeing where we started compared to where we are now makes me even more excited for everything that’s coming.

We’re just getting started. ✨

During this reading, we were talking about Ruth and baby… she walked quietly over to the tripod and knocked the WHOLE thing right over!!! 🤣🐴

She absolutely made her presence known during this session! 😂 It was so amazing getting to see her personality shine through and watching her confirm, in her own little way, that she was very much a part of the conversation. Ruth said, “Y’all talking about me? Let me make sure I’m included!” 🤣🤍

A little behind the scenes moment from my Animal Communication Session with Caitlin Ann Gooch (The Black Cowgirl) that I absolutely loved… 🐴🤍

I’ve been going to my cousin Caitlin’s farm for years, so being around the horses isn’t new to me. But THIS time was different.

When I stepped into the pasture to do their Animal Communication Session, the horses started surrounding me in a way they never had before. It honestly felt like they knew exactly why I was there and were ready to TALK. 😂

And Ruth?! Ruth made it VERY clear that she wanted to go first… and baby, she had A LOT to say! 😂🐴

That was probably one of my favorite parts of the entire experience, watching each of their personalities shine through during the communication. They each had their own way of expressing themselves, their own energy, their own needs, and their own stories. I loved it oh so much.

But what’s been even more beautiful is what has happened since.

Every time I go back to Caitlin’s farm now, they come and stand around me. It’s almost like their little way of saying, “We remember you. Thank you for listening.” 🥹🤍

There’s something incredibly special about giving animals the opportunity to be heard. They have personalities. They have preferences. They have memories. And they definitely have things they want us to know.

This experience reminded me just how much communication is happening around us all the time… sometimes we just have to be willing to listen. 🐴✨

I recently had the honor of doing an Animal Communication Session with Caitlin Ann Gooch, also known as The Black Cowgirl in Eagle Rock, located in Wendell, NC, and all I can say is… WOW. 🤍🐴

During this session, I connected with Ruth, Barbee, her two babies Ardent and Khaya, and the sweetest mini horse, Peaches. Each one had such a unique personality, perspective, and message to share.

Spirit allowed me to bring through validation, insight into past experiences and past life connections, and clarity about what they are needing, feeling, and communicating both in this season and moving forward. It was such a beautiful reminder that our animals are deeply aware, incredibly intuitive, and have so much to say when we’re willing to listen.

These sessions are about more than curiosity, they can bring healing, understanding, confirmation, and a deeper bond between you and the animals you love.

Grief changes us, but it doesn’t have to define us.

One of the hardest parts of grief is that life doesn’t stop. We still go to work. We laugh. We celebrate birthdays. We smile in pictures. And sometimes people assume we’re “okay” simply because we’ve learned how to function.

But carrying grief and healing from it are two different things.

Learning to Carry It was created to be a gentle, supportive space for anyone navigating loss, change, heartbreak, or a season that has reshaped their life. This isn’t about “getting over it.” It’s about learning how to carry it differently, with support, compassion, and intention.

Together we’ll slow down, reflect, journal, ground ourselves, and create space for healing in a community where you don’t have to explain why your heart feels heavy.

POV: Your Cousins Get Together At 9:30AM For A Fire Ceremony 🔥

A little morning cocktail, your cousins, and a fire ceremony… honestly, that’s not a bad way to start the day. 😂🔥

One thing I’ve learned is that healing doesn’t have to wait for a full moon.

Fire ceremonies are a beautiful way to release what you’ve been carrying, and they can be done whenever your spirit feels called, not just during certain moon phases.

Too often we wake up with heavy hearts and convince ourselves to just push through. But there comes a time when simply surviving isn’t enough. Releasing what no longer serves you is an act of self-love, not weakness.

This morning reminded me that we’re all carrying something. We’re all facing different seasons, different challenges, and different emotions. None of our struggles are more important than someone else’s, they simply show up differently. We all need grace. We all need healing.

This particular morning, all four of us needed to release in our own way. Without planning it perfectly, God aligned our schedules, our hearts, and this moment. We prayed, reflected, released, and left feeling lighter than when we arrived. That’s the beauty of community and surrender.

If you’ve been waking up with a heavy heart, don’t ignore it. Pray. Journal. Cry. Talk to someone. Sit with God. Have a fire ceremony if that resonates with you. Do something that allows you to release instead of carrying it another day.

May we continue choosing healing over hiding, peace over pressure, and faith over fear. ❤️🔥

✨ Message From Spirit ✨

So many people have been saying they’re feeling emotional, anxious, or like old wounds are resurfacing. If that’s you, I want to encourage you not to assume you’ve taken steps backward.

Your nervous system is designed to protect you, and sometimes it responds to change by reaching for what feels familiar, even when what God is leading you toward is healthier.

This Mercury Retrograde in Cancer isn’t necessarily bringing these emotions back to hurt you. It may be revealing how much you’ve grown. Instead of reacting from old fears, pause and ask yourself, “Am I responding from the healing I’ve done, or from the version of me that was simply trying to survive?”

I pray this message reminds you that your growth is real, your healing is valid, and your peace is safe.
