Some will say Narcissists don't know what they are doing and can't help themselves.

BS! They know EXACTLY what they do. How else could they go from abusing us behind closed doors, immediately to sweet/charming the next moment when someone else walks into the room or within earshot?

Consider this: If they didn't know what they did, they'd abuse everyone of every minute of every day. Instead they pick who to abuse, when to abuse them, and where to abuse them. It's ALL calculated.

Isn't amazing how a slight shift in our words can make such a difference to those who hear them? We love this idea of Calling In rather than Calling Out. Calling In welcomes and erases shame, while still accomplishing the same goal.

Change comes with a cost....To physically change, the cost is diet and exercise control.
For emotional change the cost can be shifts in relationships, hard work of 'working it out'. It can mean that the truth that is hard to bear, but then Jesus becomes our burden bearer and in that place of pain, He becomes our Healer. That which has been covered up...sometimes for years....affecting physical and emotional health, when uncovered with Jesus, loses it's potency to sap energy, and health in the Spirit and Physical realm.

My client arrived with severe back pain. Her full time job search unfruitful. Four hours later (breaks taken) her back was released and pain gone. We have covered generational issues linked to the back pain, lack of income and lack of work! I LOVE partnering with Jesus to bring freedom and Healing!
