Knowledge does not make being in the body easier when the body is doing weird s**t.

I know regulation. I know pain reprocessing. I know narrative matters. I know symptom amplification loops are real.

And still… a part of me is pi**ed and exhausted right now.

Because there’s this weird gray area in healing where it can start to feel like another thing to manage.

Feel it. Hold space for it. Regulate it correctly. Don’t resist it. Don’t make it bigger.

And honestly? I’m not sure I always get it.

Because sometimes even that starts to feel like performance, bypassing, or talking yourself out of what’s trueu.

Maybe embodiment is less about doing it right and more about being honest about what is true right now… without turning it into an emergency, a self-improvement project, or something else to fix.

Right now, the only question that feels useful is:

What does this moment require?

Joy. Grief. Longing. Gratitude. Love.
Beginnings. Endings. Tender memories.
The ache of what is missing.
The beauty of what remains.

To new mothers, expecting mothers, grieving mothers, single mothers, stepmothers, grandmothers, mothers we miss, and those longing to mother—

May there be space for whatever you are carrying.

And may you feel seen, remembered, and held.

It was a full and meaningful weekend at The Healing Well Co.

Our first FREEquency Friday was a beautiful start — a free community sound bath and the chance to meet some wonderful new people.

Saturday morning brought a full house, and the conversation afterward was one of those moments that stays with you. Honest, thoughtful reflections that reminded me why this work matters.

I also received the sweetest handwritten thank-you card from. It meant more than I can say and will be something I hold onto.

At the Minority & Women-Owned Business Expo, I enjoyed connecting with other incredible business owners and sharing a bit about this work.

Grateful for the conversations, the connections, and the community forming around this space.

Grateful for the opportunity to speak with a local MS support group about what healing really means.

When a diagnosis remains, the question shifts. It becomes less about cure and more about building safety, resilience, and capacity inside the body.

Mind-body practices and nervous system regulation aren’t replacements for medical care — they’re the layer that helps us live well within what is.
