Join Raji for an engaging exploration of how conscious breathing can change the way you experience your practice. The workshop begins with an energizing breath-centered warm-up designed to awaken the body and stimulate your whole system. From there, Raji will guide you through flowing postural sequences that reveal how different breathing patterns can affect strength, flexibility, balance, and overall vitality.
The experience concludes with restorative breathing practices and deep relaxation accompanied by the subtle tones of Tibetan singing bowls, allowing the body and mind to fully settle and restore.
