For those of you who may have been wondering, flu season has officially started. If anyone has been pushing off their child's flu shot, please do not wait! The vaccine does not always prevent a child from contracting the virus. Per the CDC statistics, children who had their flu shot last season had half the risk of hospitalization from complications of flu.

The National Foundation for Infectious Diseases found that 20,000 children under the age of 5 are hospitalized for flu complications each year. Don't take the risk; give us a call at the office to get your child their flu shot.

Starting today, 11/19/24, our office will be open an additional hour until 6:00 PM for sick appointments only every Tuesday. These extended hours will continue throughout the winter.

Dr. Segal will be on vacation starting Monday August 19th and will return Monday August 26th. Our staff will be in the office from 9 AM to 2 PM daily to assist with patient related questions or any administrative issues. A covering doctor will be available for questions after our office closes for the day.

IMPORTANT:
To ensure that all forms will be completed prior to Dr. Segal's vacation, please be sure to drop off no later than August 15th. Any forms dropped off on or before this date will be completed prior to Dr. Segal's vacation and can be picked up anytime during office hours. Any forms received after this date will not be completed until after she returns August 26th.

As of July 1, 2024, NJ has created a new form to participate in high school sports. These will be the only forms that are accepted by NJ schools.

If your child is playing a sport and you need these forms filled out by our office to participate, please print both forms and fill out the Health History questionnaire below in its entirety before you drop it off to us. The Exam form will be filled out by our office.
