We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Englewood clinic and become a huge part of the experience we create for our families every single day.

This role is for someone who can balance compassion and organization at the same time. Someone who stays calm when schedules shift, genuinely cares about people, and knows how to keep things moving in a busy pediatric therapy environment.

You’ll be supporting families, coordinating schedules, helping therapists stay focused on patient care, and keeping the heartbeat of the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes. 💚

If you have experience in a medical, therapy, or healthcare front office setting and love being the person people can count on, we’d love to hear from you.

We're seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist or Speech-Language Pathologist with dedicated feeding therapy experience to work with our wonderful pediatric population across our Teaneck and Waldwick clinic locations.
