Knee Surgery?

If you are trying to prevent or prolong knee surgery, our Advanced Regenerative Modality program may be for you.

07/28/2026

🛑 KNEE PAIN DOESN’T ALWAYS START WITH AN INJURY.

Does your knee hurt when you:

• Stand after sitting?
• Climb stairs?
• Squat or get out of a chair?
• Walk after being still?
• Try to exercise or enjoy the things you used to do?

You may have been told it’s arthritis, “bone-on-bone,” or that surgery may eventually be your only option.

But what if you could strengthen the knee, improve how it moves and give it a better environment to recover?

We’re opening FIVE spots in our 12-visit Advanced Regenerative Modalities Knee Program.

The program combines:

✅ Examination and necessary knee X-rays
✅ Shockwave therapy
✅ Class IV laser therapy
✅ PEMF therapy
✅ Targeted knee rehabilitation
✅ At-home strengthening
✅ Omega-3 and NT2 Collagen support

The full-fee schedule for this program is $3,140.

🔥 THE FIRST FIVE QUALIFIED PATIENTS CAN RECEIVE THE COMPLETE PROGRAM FOR $1,170 THROUGH CHUSA.

The $1,170 price requires payment in full and an honest social-media post documenting the beginning of your journey. Your post does not have to be positive, but it must disclose that you received a $50 discount for sharing your experience.

This may be an economical, conservative option for people trying to stay active and potentially delay or avoid more invasive procedures.

Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. This program is not a cure for arthritis or a replacement for medically necessary surgery.

For patients who need an additional push after building strength and improving knee mechanics, PRP joint injections may also be considered. PRP is separate from this program and requires an additional evaluation.

📞 CALL 225-271-4083 TODAY.

Say:

“I want one of the five knee program spots.”

When the five spots are gone, this offer is over.

STOP PLANNING YOUR LIFE AROUND YOUR KNEE.

The brain is an amazing part of our body that also needs attention

The only way to correct the problem is to fix the imbalance, not treat the symptoms.

Fix the functional imbalance and the symptoms go away. Treat the symptoms with medication— the current and most popular approach— and brain function will never improve.

Symptoms will return as soon as the medication wears off.

I've had the fortunate luxury to have some extremely nice people in my life. My mom, wife, sister, and many more have a great love for people. People in my church, community, patients. The list can go on.

However. This one lady right here. Ms. Mona Keel. I don't know that I have ever seen a more happy soul.

Mona is our Cognitive therapist. She has done an amazing job and continues to further her education to help others. She has been the saving grace for many of our traumatic brain injury patients.

Timing couldn't be more perfect than catch her near retirement.

Mona Keel is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, where she earned a Master of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Mona specializes in evidence-based cognitive rehabilitation for individuals recovering from concussion, mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). She provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for cognitive changes affecting memory, working memory, attention, concentration, processing speed, reaction time, executive functioning, cognitive flexibility, reasoning, and problem-solving. Her individualized treatment approach integrates research-supported interventions with practical compensatory strategies to improve functional independence and help patients successfully return to work, school, and their everyday activities.

Mona believes cognitive rehabilitation should be meaningful, functional, and tailored to each individual's unique goals. She collaborates closely with the team at Elite Chirpractic Neuro Connections while partnering with each patient to identify strengths, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based cognitive rehabilitation techniques that promote lasting improvement, increased independence, and meaningful participation in daily life.

Whether helping someone navigate recovery after a brain injury or supporting lifelong communication and cognitive success, Mona is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers each individual to achieve their fullest potential.

🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: COLLEEN BROUILLETTE 🌟

Next up in our employee spotlight is our Lead Chiropractic Assistant, Colleen Brouillette!

Colleen has worked as a Chiropractic Assistant since 2015. The doctors she worked with before joining our team form a true “who’s who” among leaders in the chiropractic profession. Before coming to Elite, Colleen had the opportunity to learn from some of the very best in the industry.

In 2021, she decided to bring her career closer to home and joined our team—and we have been better because of it ever since.

When Colleen smiles at you, your soul never forgets it.

She brings a natural leadership to our clinic that is clearly recognized by both our staff and our patients. When Colleen speaks, she speaks with authority, but always in a tone that is embraced by everyone around her. New employees immediately feel at ease, and her patience and ability to train others help them quickly become comfortable and confident in their new roles.

Colleen knows our rehabilitation department inside and out. In addition to serving as our Lead Chiropractic Assistant and lead rehab technician, she also functions as our X-ray technician. She has the unique ability to make patients look forward to seeing her—even when they know she is going to make them work!

Behind the scenes, Colleen also helps keep our entire clinic running. She makes sure our equipment, rehabilitation supplies and everyday essentials remain fully stocked so that our team and patients never have to do without. She notices what is needed, takes responsibility and makes sure it gets done.

When you walk through our clinic, you can see that Colleen’s heart is a part of it.

Colleen is not simply part of our work family. She is a trusted and respected leader whose dedication, experience and genuine care make our entire clinic better.

We are incredibly fortunate to have her. Please help us show Colleen some love! 💚

Congrats to Colleen on winning the 4th of July spirit contest. This is 2/2 for Colleen. Someone has to unseat her one day.

Colleen is one of the smiling faces on our rehab team. She has been with us for several years and she gets to know our patients personally.

You will see a picture of this awesome human again soon. In the meantime, congrats on a hard fought victory Colleen.

Livingston Parish. Please give a warm welcome to Ms. Holly LeNoir ATC, MS. Holly plays an extremely important role in our system. Dr. Julie and I have the utmost respect for her. Her passion for healthcare is second to none. She has been part of our Neuro Connections program since day one.

Born and raised in Watson, LA, she is an alumnus of the Live Oak school system, graduating from Live Oak High School in 2009. She grew up playing basketball and volleyball, and was a member of the first Live Oak High School District Champion Volleyball team. She has been around sports and athletics her whole life and knew that she wanted to stay as close to that area as possible for her professional career.

She attended Southeastern Louisiana University for her undergraduate as well as graduate degrees, earning a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, and a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Health Studies. She was able to work with a variety of athletic teams during her 6 years at SELU but spent the most time with the football and women's tennis teams. Working with the football team is what sparked her interest in brain injuries.

She is passionate about working with patients who have sustained brain injuries because these injuries can be truly life-changing. Many patients were once used to functioning at a high level of efficiency, and after injury, they may face significant challenges in performing as they once did. She finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of their recovery journey, helping them regain their previous level of function whenever possible or supporting them as they adjust to a new normal. Serving as a source of encouragement and guidance during such a critical transition is one of the most meaningful parts of her work.
