Raymond LeRoy Danna passed away on August 17, 2026, at his home in Walker, Louisiana, surrounded by his loving family. He was 77 years old.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lorraine Parrino Danna; his two children, Christina and Nicholas (Megan); and his three grandchildren, Cullen, Austin, and Brooks.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Josephine Danna.

Raymond was born on September 23, 1948, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a master’s degree in Music Education. Raymond dedicated 40 years to music education, serving as a band director at several schools throughout his career. His love of music extended well beyond the classroom. A talented saxophonist, he played in countless local bands throughout his life, beginning from the time he first learned to play.

Bruce Redrick Easterly, born June 29, 1953, to parents Dawes and Beverly Easterly, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family in Hammond, LA. He lived a full and meaningful life defined by family, friendship, hard work, and a genuine enjoyment of the outdoors. He especially loved hunting and fishing with his friends and family. Duck hunting held a special place in his heart, particularly the time he spent hunting alongside his grandson, Wyatt. One of his greatest sources of pride and happiness was his camp in Natchez. More than simply a place to hunt or get away, the camp became a gathering place for the people he loved. He took tremendous pride in hosting his friends there, sharing meals, telling stories, laughing, and spending countless hours reminiscing about the good times and memories they had made together over the years. His professional life was marked by an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to work hard and build something lasting. He began his career as a real estate agent and went on to become a successful real estate developer. He also served on the board of Hancock Bank and founded Diamond E Trucking Company. Throughout his career, he earned the respect of those who knew and worked with him. He was also a longtime member of Live Oak Church, where his faith and connection to his church community remained an important part of his life. Above all else, he treasured the people around him. Born in Hebbronville, Texas, to the late Jose Maria Flores and Nicolasa Garza, Ruben lived a life defined by hard work, devotion to family, kindness, and strength.

Throughout his life, Ruben was a hardworking, caring, and dependable man who always put his family first. He worked tirelessly to provide for and protect those he loved, and his family was always at the center of his life. As a husband and father, he gave freely of himself, offering love, guidance, wisdom, and support through every season of life.

Ruben found great joy in being a father and grandfather. The laughter he shared, the lessons he taught, and the memories he created will remain treasured gifts for his children and grandchildren for generations to come. His strength provided comfort, his wisdom offered guidance, and his love gave his family a foundation they could always depend upon.

Brenda Joyce Abbott McLin, born on August 21, 1949, peacefully went to be with her Lord and
Savior on July 26, 2026, at the age of 76.

Brenda was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, daughter, and
friend whose life was defined by unwavering faith, unconditional love, and selfless generosity.
Her faith was reflected in the way she lived each day - serving others, encouraging those around
her, and finding joy in life’s simple moments. Brenda had a larger-than-life personality, a quick
wit, and a gift for making people laugh. Everyone who knew her remembers her unforgettable
laugh - it was contagious and could brighten any room. She had a remarkable way of making
others smile with her humor, her honesty, and her caring heart.

Brenda found her greatest happiness surrounded by the people she loved most. Though we
grieve her passing, we also celebrate a life beautifully lived and the countless memories she
gave to those she loved. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, strength, laughter, and
compassion, and unwavering devotion to her family that will continue to live on in the hearts of
all who were blessed to know her.

William, age 65, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. He was a resident of Tickfaw, LA. A hardworking man, William spent many years working in the plants, taking pride in providing for his family. When he wasn't working, he loved riding his Harley and enjoying the freedom of the open road. His greatest joy in life was his family. William was a proud and loving father to his children and he loved them in his own way. As a Paw Paw who adored his grandchildren he cherished every moment spent with them. Known as the life of the party, he never met a stranger. William loved making people laugh, telling jokes, and always found a reason to have a good time. His kind heart, unforgettable sense of humor, and love for life will forever be remembered.
