My new Pain Stick.
Ingredients:
*Turmeric oil helps nerve pain caused by inflammation in joints and muscles
*Camphor oil for inflammation and pain, soothing nerves. Increases circulation to stiff and sore muscles and joints.
* chamomile used for inflammation and muscle spasms
* lavender is an anti inflammatory and soothes sore muscles and joints. Added benefit is to decrease anxiety which helps the body to relax relieving physical and mental stress.
*Frankincense oil, my always go to. Reduce swelling and inflammation. Decrease stress and very calming.
*Castor oil is an anti inflammatory to reduce pain and relieves joint stiffness and muscle aches.
* black seed oil is for inflammation and supports our body a natural healing process.
All these ingredients I blended together with 100% beeswax in my double boiler. It’s fun and makes the house smell so good.
The stick is easy to use without an oily mess. Use as needed.

NO I do not claim to be an herbalist, but I did take the course. I think knowing natural remedies is so beneficial in so many health concerns. My herbal study is a work in process and an added benefit to my current practice in Craniosacral therapy.
Next post will tell you about my new pain cream with the herbs. I’m getting great feedback from my clients already.
