Today’s Team Highlight: Rayne Wise, Administrator
Rayne has been part of the Miller’s Merry Manor family since September 2024, bringing leadership, compassion, and positivity to our team every day.
One of her favorite team memories is last year’s staff Christmas party, where a White Elephant gift exchange brought lots of laughter and reminded everyone of the importance of having fun together outside of work.
A resident memory that has stayed with Rayne involved a Nerf gun target game. A typically quiet and reserved resident surprised everyone by hitting every target with incredible accuracy—a wonderful reminder that taking the time to truly get to know someone can reveal amazing talents and experiences.
Rayne earned her master’s degree in business, has been a licensed administrator since 2017, and joined the Walkerton community after serving in the Mishawaka/South Bend area.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her four children and four grandchildren, as well as gardening, painting, crafting, making wreaths, and traveling. She especially loves visiting sunny Florida and Nashville.
Fun Fact: While many people first see Rayne as serious, she’s actually very funny and laid-back. She believes in finding joy, having fun, and making the most of every day.
