Our New Hope program is a nurse-managed program and is a division of Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic. The New Hope programprovides anonymous counseling and testing, case management, support, and referral services through a Ryan White Part C grant. It provides medical, nursing and dental care, as well as nutrition support, counseling, outreach, case management and mental health care to persons living with HIV/AIDS throughout Central Washington. The mission of Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinicis to improve the quality of life for farm workers, the underserved, and others as we work to strengthen the health of our communities.

We are proud to participate in Reach Out and Read. At each well-child checkup for children from infancy through age 5, our clinicians offer advice to caregivers about early relationships and literacy and give children a new book to take home to build their home libraries!
