Sharing this beautiful offering for anyone carrying grief, loss, heaviness, or simply something that wants to be witnessed.

The Grief & Connection Circle is a gentle, non-religious space to gather in community, listen, share, and remember that we do not have to carry everything alone. Grief can take many forms. It is not exclusive to the death of a loved one, and you do not need to have the “right” kind of loss to belong here. You are welcome to share or simply listen.

If this speaks to you, consider joining or sharing it with someone who may need it.

Tomorrow is the summer solstice, the longest day of the year.

It is a reminder that life moves in cycles. Seasons shift, light changes, and growth happens in its own time.

May this day invite us to pause, notice what is blooming, release what has run its course, and trust the quiet wisdom of change.
