You spent the last two weeks seeing the cutesy graphics and the (hopefully) inspirational posts. That's all fine but what I really want you to know is more about me, my business, my coaching style, and my why. This week, I want to share all of those things with you and help you to see the stories behind the success that could inspire you to make intentional change.

I remember the moment I stopped shrinking and stepped into my own voice. I found my authenticity through coaching and because of how amazing the results were on myself, I couldn't keep that kind of empowerment a secret.

Using your voice is all about honoring who you truly are. In my 1:1 coaching, I walk alongside women as they unlearn self-doubt and negative self-talk. I help each one step into their authentic self and embrace what they've naturally been gifted as well as how they've been shaped through the years. This style of coaching is really about an awareness of how amazing you were created and what a powerful purpose you have.

If you're ready to claim your voice, book a complimentary 1:1 connection call with me. Find out if what I do sparks something in you or if we mesh with each other. If it does, fantastic. If it doesn't, fantastic. I'm not meant for everyone but everyone gets the opportunity.

Supporting little ones with better care is something I strive to do for my kiddos. I know my parents relied on traditional healthcare methods, just as their parents did before them, when they could afford it. That's another conversation for another time.

These practices laid a pretty good foundation of knowledge for how I could care for my kids, but today's world offers me the opportunity to blend traditional approaches with holistic health care. What I know now and the empowerment I have embraced is different from even when I had my first child 28 years ago.

You know the saying, "If I only knew then what I know now"... Well, each generation can learn and evolve beyond the "that's how we always did it" mindset. We can embrace the alternatives and learn when we need traditional medicine for healing.

What traditions or mindsets would you shift, if you knew now.....?

🌿 In our fast-paced world, disruptions and interruptions can wreak havoc on our bodies, triggering our emotions and elevating cortisol levels. But here's the good news: nature offers help.

🌳 Spending time outdoors, taking in the crisp autumn air, and feeling the morning sun can remarkably calm our minds and bodies. It helps reduce cortisol levels, quieting our body's emergency response system, and allowing us to adapt more effectively to the unexpected.

And when you need more than a walk outside to calm down, natural supplementation is another intentional action. I use supplementation for several things: a day I know will be stressful, an evening I really need to quiet the mind, and when unexpected incidents happen. The combination of essential oils, and dried herbs are powerful in talking to our bodies and minds and quiets the fight or flight response.

How do you adapt to disruption and interruption? What's your favorite way to pause to quiet the stress?

Showing up for yourself every single day, even in the smallest way, helps you to create momentous change. My morning routine is pretty nailed down. I have specific things that I do every day in order to set my day in a positive direction. By the middle of the day, things start to slide. Those big plans of consistent, healthy snacks, take a turn towards the sweet and salty. The intentions of reading instead of playing phone games gets completely set aside. And my evening routine is anything but routine.

I recently invited a friend to an evening Bible study. She has done 3 days consistently. I have done none. That's what my next consistency challenge will be. I need a better evening routine.

What does your evening routine look like? Are you really consistent at something? What would you like to incorporate into your evening routine?

🌿✨ Take a moment today to intentionally pause. Listen closely to the soft sounds of nature around you, and breathe deep the grounding scents of fall—it is a simple, beautiful way to recharge your mind and spirit. Nature interacts with us all day, every day, holding an incredible power through scent to bring us back to center and restore our vitality.

Let’s be honest for a moment: if you’re a woman carrying a full to-do list, holding space for everyone else, and possibly navigating the wild, unpredictable transition into perimenopause, keeping a clear mind and sustaining your energy can feel like a constant battle. The brain fog is real, the afternoon fatigue is real, and when your body is shifting underneath a heavy stack of daily responsibilities, it’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed. You aren't losing your edge—your body and nervous system are simply asking for a little extra support and gentleness.

The invigorating scents of essential oils, especially bright citrus and crisp mint, are natural wonders that work rapidly to clear away that heavy brain fog, awaken your senses, and help you grab onto that mental clarity you need.

Don't quite believe me? There’s only one way to find out if I’ve lost my mind or if I truly know what I’m talking about. Send me a message, drop by for a visit, or stop me when you see me around town. I’d love to share how embracing nature’s gifts has helped me create a preventative, deeply supportive personal health plan for myself and my family.

Let's talk about foundations for focus this week. Whether you have kids in school or not, back-to-school is more than just school. Some of us may have jobs that just entered the 4th quarter goals and we need to brush up on some skills. Maybe the company you work with is sending you to a convention for training. Or maybe it's shifting your home into a warmer space as the seasons change.

One of the easiest ways to get intentional is with the power of scent. Your brain can be activated by scent in seconds. Ever smell smoke and feel your body alert to "where's the fire"? Have you walked past a bakery and suddenly remember those amazing almond cookies your grandma used to make? Scent is powerful.

A favorite for me in this season of transition is Harvest Spice. It's literally all things fall and cozy. It's in almost every diffuser right now, waking us up each morning with some energy and warmth.

What scent is a favorite for you? Does it bring up feelings or memories?

Sundays are reserved for restoring our family time with each other, our neighbors, and our creator.

My daughter and I have been intentionally going to Sunday worship for about a year. This time of restoring our family bonds has been critical to helping me recognize my blessings and bless others.

This will be the only Sunday post this month as I will not only honor my intentional restorative time, but honor yours as well. I hope that you take an intentional step out of social media and into your family and worship, whatever that looks like for you. There is no wrong or right way to do it. My heartfelt belief is to just love one another where you are.

Have a wonderful Sunday.

We have been really busy switching our intentions from summer to fall, play to sports practice, and late nights to early bed times.

I am intentionally slowing down this long weekend to spend protected time with my kids. They are my biggest motivation and my biggest fans. If you don't protect your intentions and your big dreams, change won't make a difference.

What intentions will you protect this month with isolated time, extreme focus, or sacred relationships?
