July may be over and August is here, but before we fully welcome August, we want to take a moment to celebrate some amazing members of the Family Ties team!

A very special congratulations to Heather Stautmeister, our Executive Director and Founder, celebrating an incredible 19 years with Family Ties!

Heather, thank you for your heart, leadership, dedication, and for everything you do for our agency, our staff, and the families we serve. Your vision continues to make a difference every day!

We are a week away from our More Than Words: Free Family Art Camp! 🎨 🧑‍🎨
This exciting event is designed to help participants of all ages explore creative expression, build confidence, and connect with others through hands-on activities.

* Event Details
📅 Date: Thursday, July 23, 2026
🕓 Time: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
📍 Location: 2114 Field Store Rd. Waller, TX 77484

* What to Bring
Comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little messy.
Closed-toe shoes.
A reusable water bottle (optional).
A positive attitude and your creativity!

A light breakfast, lunch, snacks, and all art supplies will be provided.

Reminder: Children 8 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.

Our Teen & Youth Leadership Camp is excited to invite you to their community service project Self-Care Event! Our youth have been working hard to plan a fun and meaningful afternoon focused on helping families learn simple ways to care for their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

This FREE community event is open to families, children, and community members of all ages!
