Summers almost over but you can still get burnt😎🌅

☀️ remember SPF is still recommended even if the sun isn't out!

⛱️ sunscreen needs to be reapplied every two hours you're outside

🌅 SPF50-100 do provide greater coverage if you want but they don't last more than two hours without reapplication

The sun provides us with a good portion of the vitamin D we need but too much without proper protection can lead to Skin Cancer, Melasma, and Premature aging. Please stay safe you don't want a few hours in the sun to be the reason you're up all night looking at a weird mole.

Finding relief shouldn’t feel like an endless search. 🌿

If you or a loved one have been living with treatment-resistant depression and haven't found the relief you need with traditional oral antidepressants, there is another path forward.

Spravato® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray designed specifically for adults living with treatment-resistant depression and major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or behaviors.

✨ How it works:
Unlike traditional antidepressants that can take weeks to show results, Spravato® targets different pathways in the brain to help manage symptoms—administered safely in our comfortable clinic under direct medical supervision.

Why patients choose Spravato® at our practice:

🩺 In-Office Care: Administered under the direct monitoring of our medical team.

💆‍♀️ Comfortable Environment: Relax in a quiet, peaceful space during your observation period.

🤝 Comprehensive Support: Integrated as part of a holistic, patient-centered care plan.

You don't have to navigate this journey alone. Hope and healing are within reach.

👉 Ready to take the next step? Call us at 203-309-0070 to schedule a confidential consultation and see if Spravato® is right for you.

Disclaimer: Spravato® must be administered under the supervision of a healthcare provider at a certified treatment center. Individual results may vary. Consult with your physician to determine if this treatment is appropriate for your care plan.
