Recovery is transformation.

When taking that step into something new, whether it's a counseling session, an AA meeting, or a treatment center, it takes risk. Trading one way of being for another; often means letting go of what no longer serves you and reclaiming the strength needed to heal. Here at The Orchard we are always reaching beyond the norm for ultimate healing. Our therapeutic ice baths are a vital part of our experiential process.

An experiential process such as this provides the bridge to that trade. Learning to breathe correctly, trusting the process of recovery, building community, and recognizing how strong and resilient you really are. We are trading fear for courage, isolation for community, and addiction for recovery. Come on in...the water's great. 🌳
