We are so incredibly proud of our collective creation of INDIGO Yoga in Walnut Creek! We have the greatest group of teachers, gorgeous space and the most wonderful community of students, clients and musician and artists. We have had the vision for the longest time to create a space that would house intentional yoga practices, pilates training, dance and art and healing for everyone through massage

, reiki, sound and music. Our space is magical and supported by our amazing group of teachers and healing practitioners. Who in addition to their classes are available for private sessions. The path to gathering our great group was 100% through personal connection. We strive to create a space where you feel taken care of, supported and uplifted. Whether you are wanting to deepen your yoga practice through meditation, asana or breath work or healing from a specific issue - we are here for you. Living the Sutras: A 6-Week Journey into the Heart starts this Sunday, June 21st!

This is an opportunity to explore the timeless wisdom of the Yoga Sutras in a way that is practical, accessible, reflective, and deeply relevant to modern life. Led by Roxanna Kopp Smith, this series invites students to explore yoga beyond the physical postures, as a path of awareness, inner steadiness, self-study, and compassionate living.

Rather than a traditional lecture-style course, the Summer Sutra Series is intended as a community conversation - a space to gather, reflect, and explore together how these ancient teachings remain deeply relevant to our modern lives. No prior knowledge of the Yoga Sutras is required; simply bring your curiosity and an open heart.

Prenatal Partner Yoga workshop with Roxanna on June 13th!

Join us for a nurturing and empowering two-hour Prenatal Partner Yoga Workshop, led by Roxanna Kopp Smith, designed specifically for pregnant students and their birth partners!

Come and connect with your body, baby, and birthing partner. Your partner will learn techniques to support you throughout your pregnancy as well as experiencing the benefits of these tools themselves.

We will focus on gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation techniques to support both mom and baby during pregnancy, labor and birth.

All trimesters and birth philosophies welcome, no prior yoga experience necessary.
