Every tiny behavior choice make today determines your future life. Progress is progress and it is way more important than perfection. Frankly, all progress is perfect. 😄

Love really is medicine.
And the kind that changes your life starts with how you treat your own body. 💛

Self-love is choosing to listen instead of push.
It’s offering your body patience when it feels tired, tight, overwhelmed, or heavy.

It’s remembering that your body has been carrying you through every single season of your life.

Even something as simple as gratitude for your breath can begin real healing.

Here’s a tiny piece of science I love:
slow, gentle breathing sends a safety signal through your nervous system and helps your heart and brain move into a calmer, more regulated state.

So for just a moment…
Hand on your chest.
Soft breath in.
Long, slow breath out. 🌬️

And quietly say:
Thank you, body. Thank you for this breath of life.

Self-love heals your relationship with your body.

And when that relationship heals…
your whole life starts to soften, open, and change. 💖

If you haven't been outside recently to just enjoy the beauty and stress-releasing qualities of nature, you are missing out on some powerful, FREE, RX.

Stress is super hard on the body it...

Tightens muscles (neck, jaw, shoulders, hips)
Speeds up the heart and breathing
Disrupts sleep and deep rest
Upsets digestion and appetite
Weakens immune response
Increases inflammation and pain
Narrows focus (less creativity, more reactivity)

Keeps the body in “alert mode,” even when nothing is wrong

Over time, the body forgets what calm feels like—and starts treating stress as normal.

How Nature Helps Heal It...

Slows the nervous system naturally
Lowers cortisol (stress hormone)
Softens muscles without effort
Regulates breathing and heart rate
Improves mood and mental clarity
Restores a sense of safety in the body
Reconnects you to your senses (sight, sound, touch)

Nature reminds the body how to regulate—without instructions, apps, or effort.

Just presence. Just rhythm. Just being.

75 to 90% of doctor visits are stress related and that stress is often brought on by suppressed emotions (anger, anxiety, fear, resentment, frustration, sadness......) Solutions 👇

We need to feel to heal.

2 easy things you can do to release emotions:

1. Acknowledge the sensation of them in your body. Give them a color, a name, a location, a texture.... don't worry too much about the story behind them (that sometimes makes them last longer).

2. MOVE : dance, walk, run, shake, swing, sway, jump, move some furniture, you can even sleep. Essentially these emotions come with the release of chemicals in the body, many of which need to be used up to feel more relaxed.

Quick note: Our bodies were made to live outside, moving and carrying and twisting etc. So sitting still makes it hard for the body to work through the chemicals.

OK
You have got this. Feel to heal. Move to calm. Smile and lean towards gratitude. (👈Those are bonus techniques)

♻️🌈please share and let's all help each other enjoy life more and feel really good doing it.

This is all it took to bring joy into my life this morning. It is that easy for us to share joy. 😁

So I invite you to stop your scroll and text one person you care about and send them a 🩵 or a Hi! or "Enjoy your day!" 🌷

It is the most simple gesture that can improve the mood of a single person and that ripple effect of vibrational happiness can travel the world.

Choose to be a change maker and bring a little sunshine, magic and love to the people... family, friends, the checkout guy... in your life. (Which is kinda anyone you encounter.)

Kindness and love heal.

And if you made it this far... Have an amazing day! You deserve it for just being you. Sending you good vibes, smiles and joy! ⭐️🤩💓
