🎉 A milestone worth celebrating and a mission worth following.
COPE Family Support is proud to celebrate our CEO, Natasha Paddock on her induction into the CA Social Welfare Archives 2026 Hall of Distinction, recognizing a 20-year body of work in executive leadership across government and the nonprofit sector. Thank you NASW-CA Chapter for an incredible night of celebration for all of the inductees!
For Natasha, this honor represents more than a career milestone. Her work has been grounded in a deeply personal belief: circumstances do not have to determine outcomes.
Born to teenage parents and becoming a first-generation college graduate, Natasha has carried that conviction throughout her career using leadership, advocacy, social work, and systems change to expand opportunity for children, youth, and families.
That same belief is reflected every day in the mission of COPE.
We believe families should be supported before challenges become crises. We believe young people deserve the opportunity to thrive. And we believe that when families are strengthened, the impact reaches far beyond the walls of a home, it strengthens communities and changes generations.
This recognition is also a reminder of what becomes possible when Social Workers take their expertise beyond traditional boundaries and bring their voices into the rooms where resources are allocated, policies are shaped, and decisions are made about people’s lives.
Please join us in congratulating Natasha on this extraordinary honor and follow COPE Family Support to stay connected to the work, leadership, and advocacy behind our mission.
💙 Follow. Share. Support the mission. Help us create stronger futures for children, youth, and families.
