Selfcare is Essential, it is not selfish! Treat yo’self to something special:
🤫 quiet time, 📺 TV time, 🏃🏼♀️ take a walk, 🕉️ take a yoga’inspired Mindful Movement class, 📱call a friend, 😴 REST. Taking time for rest is “doing” something, it’s allowing YOUrself to recalibrate and renew your resources.
My classes are Thursday 7:15am-8:15am, 9:15-10:15am and Friday 9am
