🤰💛A 39-year-old primigravida at 37 weeks’ gestation presented with a breech lie fetal position. She reported chronic low back pain (LBP), bilateral hip pain, pain at the round ligament, left groin pain, and a history of breech presentation with her first pregnancy.

The patient received chiropractic care utilizing the Webster Technique, which includes analysis and adjustment of the sacrum and release of soft tissue tension to eliminate the anatomical barrier to vertex. No adverse effects were reported, and the patient later delivered vaginally at term without complications.

💟👶A 6-week-old female was presented for chiropractic evaluation by her mother with complaints of frequent crying and screaming, disturbed sleeping patterns, favoring her right shoulder, and feeding difficulties.

The mother reported the infant slept for six hours the night after her first adjustment and she was able to feed equally on the left and right sides. It was also reported that she no longer cried inconsolably and was able to lie on her back without extreme discomfort.

💕 A seven-month-old female was suffering with unresolved acid reflux for two months. Over the counter simethicone as well as pediatrician prescribed Pepcid and Zantac were ineffective at resolving the gastric reflux. The infant was unable to sleep through the night due to the pain and discomfort of the condition.

The infant was managed with chiropractic care. Her signs and symptoms were markedly improved and her GERD was resolved. The child was reactive, pleasant and reported to be sleeping well.

🤰✨ A 40-year-old female presented at 33 weeks pregnant with her third child. The patient had two prior cesarean sections due to malposition of fetus, deceleration of heart rate during labor and Pitocin intolerance.

A total of ten adjustments were administered and the mother was successful in having a vaginal birth after cesarean.
