Riverview Services, Inc is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, effective time management skills, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.

Monday-Thursday 8:30-4:30

Duties include:

Greet visitors
Answer phone calls
Order office supplies
Maintain office equipment inventory
Prepare documents as needed
File for office managers
Process receipts
Assist business manager with client financial needs
Assist with new employee training
Maintain office orderliness and cleanliness
Assist managers with tasks as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
