It was quite the hazy sunset today! Did you know that when you visit the office you are breathing clean air? For years we have had air purifiers in all the high traffic rooms to ensure that not only your spine is well adjusted but that you are breathing clean air... even on the crazy, hazy, smokey days like today. Air is important after all, right??

Check out the graph showing the air quality outside versus in the office. The PM2.5 that you see (measured as 63 in Wapakoneta and 2 inside the office) are the particulates that are normally in the air from things such as wildfires.

The issue with blood pressure medications is they artificially lower blood pressure without addressing the root cause. And while a slight blood pressure decrease statistically indicates a lower chance of cardiovascular events, the reality is you have the power to lower blood pressure much more than any artificial chemical through your daily choices.
