I made a commercial. 😂 I really made this thing.

The concept. The song. The people. The movement. The locations. The ridiculously specific little red gears. The endless tweaking until every image hit where I wanted it to hit. I had to be very patient with my AI assistant, but this entire idea grew out of what I want The Body Mechanist to represent. Because people don't come to us just because something hurts.

They come because they want to get back to something.

Running. Dancing. Golfing. Gardening. Fishing. Skiing. Walking the dog. Training. Traveling. Playing with their kids. Or simply moving through their day feeling more like themselves.

There are a thousand ways a body moves, and none of them has to look the same. Just like none of you look the same!

The house is finally quiet.

The kids are asleep.

The dishes are done.

Tomorrow's schedule is already waiting.

And somehow, there's still work left to do.

So he opens the laptop.

Answers a few emails.

Finishes one more project.

Takes one more call.

What most people don't see are the stiff shoulders, tight neck, headaches, and exhaustion that come with carrying the weight of work long after the workday is supposed to end.

Most dads don't complain about it.
