Caring Minds is now welcoming another student therapist to the Team- Meet Lynn!! We are already so proud to see her make a difference in her clients' lives!

As a helpful reminder, our student therapists see clients self pay for $50 per session.

This email was just sent out to all of our clients. Due to the amount of cancellations over the past six months we have been forced to raise our late cancelations no-show fee. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Dear Valued Client,



We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an upcoming update to the practice’s cancellation/no-show policy.



Beginning May 15, 2026, the fee for missed appointments (no-shows) and late cancellations will increase from $35 to $70 per occurrence. A late cancellation is defined as any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.



This change is being made to help support consistent scheduling, ensure appointment availability for all clients, and maintain the sustainability of the practice. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and I encourage you to communicate as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.



If you have any questions or concerns about this update, please feel free to reach out or discuss it with the billing department during our open office hours. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to your continued care.
