Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Modification, Stress Management and Diaphragmatic Breathing (to quickly achieve calm/relaxation). I treat stress-related issues and disorders, anxiety d

isorders, panic disorder, depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD/cPTSD), military s*xual trauma, adjustment disorder, hypers*xuality (often referred to as s*x addiction), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar, complicated grief, marital and relationship difficulties and oppositional defiant disorder. I accept all major health insurances, private and government (Medicare and Medicaid), health savings accounts, credit, debit and cash. I am contracted to provide behavioral and mental health services to active duty service members via Military OneSource and Veterans via VA Community Care Network Region 3 (GA, FL, SC, TN, MS, LA, OK). I also provide NEXUS letters (incudes consultation and mental health diagnosis) sometimes required for successful service-connection rating.
