First Choice Primary Care is a local non-profit health center with offices in downtown Macon and Warner Robins. We provide quality care to insured, uninsured and under insured individuals 18 months and older. We’ll be here for you when you are sick, and help you locate a specialist if that’s what you need. We can also help you learn more about how to stay healthy, manage any chronic problems, and improve your overall medical status. Dr. Timothy Graves leads a team of doctors and nurse practitioners that focuses on providing quality healthcare to our patients.

📢 Important Update: Medication Refill Process

To help streamline prescription refills, we are updating our medication refill process.

✅ For routine medication refills:
Please contact your pharmacy directly. Your pharmacy will send the refill request to our office electronically for provider review and approval.

⚠️ Controlled medications are excluded from this process.
Requests for controlled substances, including pain medications, must still be submitted directly to our office and approved by your provider.

🕒 Please allow up to 48 business hours for routine refill processing, and be sure to request refills before you run out of medication.
