We had a great time yesterday at our quarterly All Staff Meeting!

As our organization continues to grow, these opportunities to come together are incredibly special. We get to celebrate wins, share updates, strengthen relationships, and refocus on the mission that brings us together every day.

One of the highlights yesterday was presenting our Rising Tide Awards. Inspired by the saying, “A rising tide lifts all boats,” this award recognizes team members who make those around them better through their character, service, leadership, and willingness to step up when others need them most.
Congratulations to our recipients this year, Michelle and Shante. Both exemplify what it means to serve others with excellence, support their teammates, and quietly make a difference every day.

We continue to be humbled by the caliber of people who make up Open Water Counseling & Recovery. The passion, compassion, and dedication demonstrated by our staff are what allow us to fulfill our mission across our communities every day.

The future is bright, and we’re excited for what lies ahead as we continue our pursuit of wholeness together!

We had the chance to come together last week to celebrate—not just the season, but the people who make Open Water what it is. The laughter, connection, and shared moments reminded us how special this team truly is.

We are deeply grateful for every clinician, staff member, and leader who shows up each day with compassion, integrity, and commitment to the community we serve. The work isn’t easy, but it is meaningful—and it’s a privilege to do it alongside such an incredible group of people.

It’s that time of year when we tend to reflect more on all the good in our lives and how we can give back to those around us.

We are coming together at Open Water Counseling to make sure that no one in our community goes with need this season.

You can help by dropping off non-perishable food, hygiene, or household items at our office. Every donation can go a long way in helping someone in need.
