Since the Minassians opened the doors of Crestwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in 1978, generations of the family have continued to own and operate the center under the same guiding philosophy: to provide the highest quality care to residents in a home-like setting. Over the years, we have continued to transform our Warren, Rhode Island, location to accommodate the evolving clinical, social, p

hysical and spiritual needs of residents. Today, we offer 76 private and semi-private rooms, skilled nursing services, a range of therapies, hospice, memory care, a 220-plus square foot rehabilitation center and more.

🌟 What a wonderful day we had earlier this month 🌟
Our residents had an amazing time during our Petting Zoo Day, filled with joy and laughter! 🐾

We were thrilled to welcome adorable mini ponies and fluffy sheep, who brought so much happiness to everyone. The smiles and laughter were contagious as our residents interacted with these gentle animals.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this special day possible. We look forward to many more heartwarming events like this! 🥰🐴🐑

🌸💕 What a delightful Mother's Day Tea we had this past Wednesday at Crestwood Nursing and Rehabilitation! 💕🌸

It was a wonderful celebration filled with laughter, love, and cherished moments. Our residents enjoyed tasty treats, warm drinks, and each other's company as we honored all the amazing mothers in our community.
