About FWMWA:
Forest-Warren Mental Wellness Association (FWMWA) serves an average of 250 individuals each year, partnering with organizations throughout Warren County and beyond to provide essential services that promote independence, stability, and well-being.
Working in collaboration with the county, FWMWA helps meet critical community needs, including transportation to both local medical appointments and specialized care in Erie and Jamestown.
One of FWMWA’s newest services, Enhanced House Support, provides education, coaching, and skill-building for individuals who may be at risk of losing housing due to challenges with cleanliness and home upkeep. Staff work alongside county case managers and support coordinators to ensure a coordinated, team-based approach to care.
