Taking place 06/20/26 at 5:45pm, join Kathleen as she guides you into the energy of the Summer Solstice with immersive sound healing, deep relaxation and renewal...away from the noise of everyday life and into a calming space where your mind and body can truly exhale. Experience 75 minutes of pure bliss.

The summer solstice marks the peak of the sun’s energy, symbolizing illumination and abundance. Sound bowls are important during this time because their resonant vibrations help balance the chakras, clear stagnant energy, and align your inner vitality with the vibrant frequency of the longest day of the year.

Space is limited to 15 people, so sign up while you can!

Join us for another sound bowl experience led by Kathleen, a certified sound practitioner.

Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore balance in the body.

This experience is an hour and 15 minute session, perfect for ages 12+, no experience required! Just come and prepare yourself for the ultimate relaxation.

May is Mental Health Awareness month, and we’d like to do a little something for the community!

Join Natasha NEXT Friday, May 22nd at 4pm to unwind and reconnect in this calming, low-impact class designed to soothe a restless mind. We combine gentle movement with deep, conscious breathing to lower stress hormones and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Suitable for all levels, this session focuses on emotional regulation, self-compassion, and building resilience to navigate daily pressures.
