Mental health support is available—and you don't have to wait for a crisis to reach out. 💚

Sometimes we need a therapist. Sometimes we need a trusted friend, family member, teacher, coach, or mentor. Sometimes we need immediate crisis support.

The important thing is knowing that you don't have to carry difficult moments alone.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis or emotional distress, call or text 988 to connect with the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
You are not alone.

You're Not Alone in Motherhood.

There is no one "right" way to be a mother, and no one should have to navigate the journey alone. Motherhood is filled with joy, love, growth, and meaningful moments—but it can also bring challenges, changing identities, and seasons that feel overwhelming.

Whether you're adjusting to life with your first baby or chasing after your toddler, you deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood.

We are excited to announce that Becca will be facilitating our Moms of Toddlers Support Group, a six-week therapeutic support group for mothers of children ages 0–36 months.

Together, we'll create a supportive community where mothers can share experiences, learn from one another, and explore the realities of motherhood with compassion and honesty.

Over the six weeks, we'll discuss:
● Week One: Introductions & Identity in Motherhood
● Week Two: Mom Guilt
● Week Three: Postpartum Anxiety & Depression
● Week Four: Support From Others
● Week Five: Navigating Relationships
● Week Six: Unity in Motherhood & Wrap-Up

Group Details
● Wednesdays at 4:00 PM
● September 9, 2026 – October 21, 2026
● Virtual 6-Week Group
● Limited to 6–8 participants
● For mothers of children ages 0–36 months
● $300 for the six-week series

Motherhood can feel both beautiful and challenging—and both can be true at the same time. This group was created to provide a therapeutic space for connection, support, and meaningful conversations with other mothers who understand the many emotions and experiences that can accompany this season of life.

You don't have to do motherhood perfectly, and you don't have to do it alone.

If you're interested in joining, have questions, or would like additional information, please contact Becca at [email protected]. Space is limited to 6–8 participants, so we encourage you to reach out early to learn more or reserve your spot.

Because every mother deserves support, too.

September is Su***de Prevention Month—a time to focus on mental health, connection, and checking in. 💚

Checking in isn't just something we can do for the people we love. It's something we can do for ourselves, too.

How are you really doing? Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or like you're carrying more than usual? Sometimes taking a moment to notice how we're doing—and giving ourselves permission to reach out for support—is an important part of caring for our mental health.

We can also check in with our friends, our children, our partners, and the moms in our lives. A simple “How are you holding up?” can open the door to connection. For children and teens, trusted adults like school counselors, teachers, coaches, mentors, and family members can be an important part of their support system.

And for those who have experienced the loss of someone they love, compassion and continued connection matter, too. You don't have to carry grief alone.

Notice. Ask. Listen. Connect. Stay present.

We'd love for you to read our full blog, “Su***de Prevention Month: Focusing on Mental Health, Connection, and Checking In,” for more thoughts and resources.

And if September has you thinking about your own mental health and the importance of connection, our September Moms' Group is another opportunity to pause, connect, and support one another.

You are not alone. 💚

Change is hard—even when it's good. 🍂

As August comes to a close, many of us find ourselves navigating seasonal transitions. Summer routines shift into school schedules, vacations come to an end, calendars begin to fill, and expectations can feel overwhelming.

It's easy to believe we should immediately adjust and have everything figured out, but transitions take time—for both our minds and our bodies.

Give yourself permission to ease into this season by:

● Allowing routines to develop gradually rather than expecting perfection.
● Preparing schedules ahead of time to reduce unnecessary stress.
● Holding onto one or two things you loved about summer.
● Checking in regularly with yourself and your children about how you're feeling.
● Remembering that feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or uncertain during times of change is a common human experience.

Wellness isn't about avoiding change—it's about caring for yourself while moving through it.

This National Wellness Month, we encourage you to offer yourself the same patience and compassion that you would offer someone you love. You don't have to navigate life's transitions perfectly—you simply have to take them one day at a time.

If you're finding this season particularly challenging, know that support is available. Our therapists are here to help you build the tools and resilience needed to navigate life's changes with confidence and self-compassion.

Small changes become manageable when we give ourselves permission to take them one step at a time.

Movement is more than exercise—it's an act of self-care for both the mind and body. 💗

During National Wellness Month, we're reminded that caring for our mental health includes caring for our physical health, too. The connection between the two is powerful. Regular movement can help lower stress hormones, improve mood, increase energy, and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.

The good news? Supporting your mental well-being doesn't require an intense workout or hours at the gym. Movement can look like:

● Taking a walk outside after dinner
● Stretching for five minutes between meetings
● Dancing to your favorite song in the kitchen
● Practicing yoga or gentle movement
● Playing with your children or pets
●Taking the stairs instead of the elevator

Small, consistent moments of movement can have a meaningful impact on both your physical and emotional wellness.

As we prepare for the transition from summer into fall, consider asking yourself, "How can I move my body in a way that feels good today?" The goal isn't perfection—it's finding sustainable ways to care for yourself.

Your wellness matters. Your pace matters. And every small step counts.

If stress, anxiety, or life's transitions are affecting your emotional well-being, our therapists are here to support you.

Sleep isn't a luxury—it's one of the most important forms of self-care. 🌙

During National Wellness Month, we're focusing on the small, intentional choices that support our mental and emotional well-being. One of the most powerful? Prioritizing sleep.

While we sleep, our brains and bodies are hard at work—processing emotions, consolidating memories, restoring energy, and preparing us to meet the challenges of a new day. When we're not getting enough quality sleep, we may find it more difficult to manage stress, regulate our emotions, concentrate, and cope with life's transitions.

As summer schedules shift and the back-to-school season approaches, now is the perfect time to begin creating healthy sleep routines for both yourself and your family.

Consider trying a few simple sleep-supportive habits:
● Maintain a consistent sleep and wake schedule—even on weekends.
● Limit screen time before bed and give your mind time to unwind.
● Create a calming bedtime routine that signals to your body it's time to rest.
● Avoid caffeine later in the day when possible.

Remember, sleep optimization isn't about achieving the "perfect" night's sleep—it's about creating consistent habits that support your physical, emotional, and mental wellness over time.

Giving yourself permission to rest is an investment in your well-being, not something that needs to be earned.

This month, ask yourself: What is one small change I can make to support my sleep?

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is simply allow ourselves time to recover.

Mindfulness doesn't have to mean clearing your mind or sitting perfectly still. Sometimes, it simply means coming back to the present moment. 💜

When life feels overwhelming, our minds often race toward the future or become stuck replaying the past. Grounding techniques, like the 5-4-3-2-1 exercise, help bring us back to the here and now by engaging our senses and calming our nervous system.

Try it with us:

● 5 things you can see
● 4 things you can touch
● 3 things you can hear
● 2 things you can smell
● 1 thing you can taste

As we celebrate National Wellness Month and prepare for seasonal transitions like back-to- school routines and the end of summer, remember that caring for your emotional well-being can begin with just a few mindful moments each day.

You don't need an hour-long meditation practice to support your mental health—sometimes taking a minute to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your senses is enough.

If stress, anxiety, or life's transitions feel difficult to navigate, we're here to support you every step of the way.

Small moments of awareness can make a big difference.
