Last Barre Sculpt class tonight AND remaining classes for July:

Join us for Morgans' last Barre Sculpt class TONIGHT, until she is back from maternity leave near the end of September. We sure will miss her fun energy and great workouts, but I will do my best to give you a fun and dynamic workout on Mondays while she is away!

Here is our schedule for the remainder of July:

Tuesday July 21st -
Yoga 12pm (45 min)

*NO CLASSES Wednesday or Thursday this week*

Monday July 27th -
Pilates Fusion 5:30pm (50 min)

Tuesday July 28th -
Yoga 12pm (45 min)

Wednesday July 29th -
Rebound Revive 4:45pm (30 min) please reserve your spot in advance with me!
Yoga Sculpt 5:30pm (50 min)

Happy July ya'll!

Lifecares page says the new schedule is posted, but they haven't quite gotten it up yet, so stay tuned for that. Yes- we do have class this week and I will send out a schedule soon. Unfortunately, I do have to cancel Yoga today. Classes this week as follows:

Wednesday 4:45pm Rebound Revive
Wednesday 5:30pm Yoga Sculpt
Thursday 12pm Fusion

Please let me know if you are planning to come to Rebound on Wednesday as space is limited.

Northborn days is only a few days away. I would love for you to join us in the Pavilion at 8am for Yoga and Mimosas. The city is planning to spray for mosquitoes Thursday night, so we are hoping to have doors open, but will modify if needed.
