I'm Julie, a licensed mental health and addictions therapist with more than 10 years of experience as a professional counselor. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in counseling and sociology and a Master of Science degree in clinical mental health counseling from Grace College. I have counseling experience in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, relationship issu

es and spiritual concerns. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Cortina Method for brain-based healing. I am passionate about walking alongside others to pursue holistic wellness in an empowering and compassionate manner.
