We’ve had so much fun dropping clues and watching all of your guesses, and now we can finally share where our newest location will be!

We’re still getting everything ready behind the scenes, so we’re keeping the opening date under wraps for just a little longer. 👀

MOBILITY vs. FLEXIBILITY 🧘‍♀️🏋️‍♂️

They’re related — but they aren’t the same thing.

FLEXIBILITY
→ Refers largely to the ability of soft tissues surrounding a joint to lengthen
→ Contributes to your available range of motion
→ Stretching can improve it over time

MOBILITY
→ Think about your ability to actively MOVE through the range available to you
→ Requires more than just flexible tissues
→ Strength, coordination, joint structure and nervous system control can all influence how you move

WHERE DOES CHIROPRACTIC CARE FIT?

Chiropractic care can be one piece of improving how you move.

A chiropractor can help:

* Assess joint range of motion and movement quality
* Identify areas where pain or joint restriction may be affecting movement
* Use manual therapy/manipulation to help improve ROM in some circumstances
* Pair those changes with mobility and strengthening exercises so you’re actively using the range you have

You all know our girl Lettie is coaching a cheer team this year and we are excited to say Back in Action Chiropractic is one of this years sponsors for the Sedalia Youth Cheerleading program.
We got to watch as they got to ride through the parade at the Missouri state fair! 🎡✨

We loved getting the opportunity to support these girls and organizations like them that help make our community so special!

We hope these girls had the BEST time representing their team at the fair.
