So thankful for Rachel at Wellness & Wonder !

Six and a half years ago, I opened the doors to my studio! After about 6 years of teaching in other wonderful spaces, it was time for my own 🥰
The goal was to create an intimate setting where people of all ages and backgrounds could gather and connect- to combine and offer opportunities for wellness (yoga, sound, etc.) and wonder (hiking, paddle boarding, etc.) ✨
If you’re new here- welcome! My name is Rachel, and my studio is a cozy, in-home haven surrounded by quiet woods, a peaceful pond, and a killer view of the sunset each night 🤩

Over the years, I’ve been dedicated to learning how to support each unique human that comes through my door. As a 500 RYT and Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT), some of my specialized training includes:
Trauma-Informed Yoga & Sound Healing (for deep nervous system regulation)
Prenatal & Senior Yoga (for gentle, life-stage support)
Youth Programs (including children’s yoga camps)
Outdoor Adventures (yoga hikes and paddle board yoga!)
Whether you are looking for the community energy of a group class, the personalization of a private session, or a unique experience out in nature, I would love to guide you 💛

✨🎉 7 Years of 31 Chiropractic! 🎉✨

Seven years ago today — August 28, 2018 — I opened the doors of 31 Chiropractic, and I am so happy to be right here in my hometown. I had no idea then just how much my little office would become part of my heart and my story. This last year was a year of our biggest moves, and I’m grateful for every step of the way.

Over the years, I’ve had the honor of caring for this community — friends, neighbors, and families who’ve trusted me with their health. In return, this community has carried me too. You’ve given me the ability to raise my babies— some even watching my girl grow before she was even here, to grow through all of life’s seasons, and to keep moving forward even through the hardest and darkest times.

This place isn’t just a business for me — it’s been a source of healing, purpose, and connection. I’m so grateful for the patients who’ve walked through these doors, for the friendships that have been made, and for the support that’s allowed me to keep doing what I love.

In addition to her mad massage therapy skills, Kristen is also the director of SPLAT Youth Adventures, an organization which uses mystery road trips to teach life skills and spiritual discipleship to teens! SPLAT (which stands for Servanthood, Prayer, Leadership, Adventure, and Teamwork) is hosting a gala and silent auction on April 5th in the Kansas City area. We'd love to see you there!
