Sunday, June 21st is International Yoga Day!

The theme this year is yoga for healthy aging. Yoga has so many incredible benefits for the body & mind. Yoga is proven to alleviate stress and improve overall mod. Consistent physical practice (asanas) helps keep the body flexible, keep the spine strong, and improve overall strength.

✨ Thursday • Yin • Burgess @ 5pm
✨ Friday • Slow Flow • Burgess @ 4pm
✨ Saturday • Heated Hatha • Warsaw @ 9am

All classes are $15 per person and outdoor classes are weather permitting.

Join me this evening for a 60 minute mindfulness flow designed to cultivate a deeper connection between our body and mind.

We move with intention and, because of the anticipated temperature, slowly.

We'll begin with a special cooling breath method and flow before we land in final relaxation.
