Meet Kelsey!

Kelsey Vadenais, M.S., MHC-A, is an Outpatient Therapist located in Rhode Island who believes therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported through whatever life brings.

With a person-centered approach, Kelsey looks at the whole picture, from emotions and relationships to work-life balance, sleep, routines, physical wellness, and the everyday things that can impact how we feel.

She especially enjoys supporting teens and young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, school, work, life transitions, and figuring out what comes next.

And when she’s not in session? You can probably find Kelsey checking out a new coffee shop, spending time with her dog, or planning her next trip. ☕🐾✈️
