This week Miss E. turned 103 years young! Some may ask what keeps her going......it's definitely chocolate! She is funny, sassy, beautiful and spicy at times, but clearly by the amount of love in the pictures she is loved!

We celebrated her 103rd birthday with family, friends, and of course Mayor Picozzi, who always comes out to celebrate milestone birthdays with us!

She swiped a finger full of frosting before the cake was even cut. She had children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and even great-great-grandchildren there to celebrate.

We had a test of trust here at West Shore! There is a social media trend going around to see just how much you trust your residents.

Well, of course we had to try it. Brook and Destiny were brave enough to trust our residents here at West Shore Health Center!

We knew the results before we played; we DO trust our residents because we have the best residents around.

❤️🤍💙 A special Sunday honoring our Veterans!

On August 16, our Veterans enjoyed a wonderful community outing to William Shields Post 43 for a special luncheon. The afternoon included entertainment, delicious chowder and clam cakes, and—of course—dessert! 😋🍰

We’re always grateful for opportunities to get out into our community, and it’s especially meaningful when we can celebrate and honor the Veterans who have served our country. 🪖
