FINALLY! Data to back up what we’ve seen in our practice for YEARS. 👏

We love that the nervous system is “trending,” but many parents aren’t sure who can help their child.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here’s what I want you to hold onto: kids are wildly resilient.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Their little nervous systems are built to adapt and bounce back.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
None of this is about something you did wrong as a parent. You showing up and looking for what helps, that IS the good parenting.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And when a child’s nervous system settles, they often have an easier time… well… Being a KID!
