Studies have shown that up to half of children with ADHD have a parent with ADHD.

Spotlight: Consistency in schedules!

For children with ADHD, attention and a sense of organization can be difficult.

Here are some strategies to help keep your family on a consistent schedule:
x Include the time it takes to prepare and leave when planning
x Use an online or physical calendar system that your child can check
x Keep a to-do list and prioritize
x Recognize your energy and time limits
x It’s okay to make adjustments in the schedule!
