I’m a yoga teacher, a Ukrainian woman, a mom, and someone who truly believes that yoga is not about becoming someone new — it’s about coming back to yourself.
My yoga journey started in Rishikesh, India, where I took my very first yoga class.
Something shifted in me that day. I knew I wanted to become a teacher and share this feeling with people around the world.
Years later, I’ve been teaching yoga for 6+ years, with a 200 RYT certification from Sampoorna Yoga in Goa, and my practice has grown far beyond the physical side of yoga.
When the war started in Ukraine and I moved to the US, I realized how much I personally needed yoga.
I needed something that could bring me back to myself when everything around me felt uncertain.
Something that could help me feel grounded, safe and connected from the inside.
And that became a big part of what I now create for my students.
My classes are soulful, feminine, grounding and intentional.
We move through the body with mindful flows, deep stretching and gentle strength work. We breathe. We slow down. We create space.
But most importantly, I hold space for you to simply be.
You don’t have to come to my class flexible.
You don’t have to be strong.
You don’t have to have a perfect practice.
Come exactly as you are.
My intention is that you leave class feeling calmer, more connected and more fulfilled — not only in your body, but within yourself.
And yes… we will stretch, we will gently tone the muscles, and sometimes I’ll challenge you a little. 😉
But there is always softness alongside the strength.
This is the kind of yoga I love to share.
A little movement.
A little challenge.
A lot of breath.
A lot of presence.
And a space to come back to yourself. 🤍
If this sounds like the kind of practice your body and soul have been asking for,
I’d love to practice with you.
