No time to share an aesthetically beautiful reel, but who needs it ??

The weekend had so many wonderful moments that the images no need more than what they represent… pure joy and fun ⭐️

I think we are becoming a family of runners 😉 🏃🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏻

Last week in our last Tercer Jueves with Michigan Hispanic Chamber Of Commerce couldn’t end the season better than this.

With our host SMT Automation LLC they made us feel welcomed opening the doors of this great Hispanic owned company.

Thank you Elena and Marco and the whole team for making this event one of the best ones of the year.

Tercer Jueves with MHCC was again a great event, but I would say that this time it was also a little bittersweet.
Wishing the best of lucks to our dear Patricia Nava in the beginning of her new journey.
I am so grateful of having been able to witness all the love and kindness you have shown all the businesses and members at this great organization.
Thank you personally for the support to my Healthy Path for Life, even at the last minute of your role you were helping me make strong connections and advocating for my job, so thank you, thank you 🙏🏻
Always from the bottom of my heart 💜

“If you can’t be a bridge be a lighthouse “

You know already how passionate I am about health 💜
Being able to share that passion is something else!
Attending to corporate wellness events is a great learning experience and the opportunity to share health education in the workplace can be something challenging but at the same time it is full of opportunities, talking to people of different backgrounds, cultures and perspectives is really important, for me this is a growing experience and for them it is the opportunity of having a wellness experience at their workplace 🙌
