This beautiful patient presented to my clinic with concerns regarding the shape and profile of her nose, along with breathing problems. She noticed that her nasal tip was slightly slanted to the right and felt it was not in proportion with her face. She also had concerns about the shape of her tip and the straightness of her nose. She also reported longstanding nasal obstruction with no relief with nasal steroid sprays.
To address her cosmetic and functional concerns, I performed a septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and cosmetic rhinoplasty. She is now 16 months post-op and breathing and feeling great! What do you think?
