Hope Center for Wellness, LLC is a DC based bilingual and multicultural behavioral health practice focused on t

he holistic healing of community members. Through compassionate guidance and the use of mental health wellness techniques, we tap into client’s inner possibility to harness hope, balance, and the clarity to adapt behaviors and overcome challenges towards desired goals. Services provided include individual, group and family therapy in person or via TeleMental Health, biopsychosocial mental health evaluations and trainings for organizations, schools and companies on a variety of topics including wellness, self-care, leadership, direct services to Latinos, immigrants and other communities, mindfulness for kids, youth and adults. Founded in November, 2016 by Cheryl Aguilar, LICSW, LCSW-C.

It’s the moment a heavy burden lifts, and they realize they aren't trapped in their circumstances—they are simply growing through a beautiful, unfolding process.

Finding balance isn't a massive lifestyle overhaul—it's simply about protecting your peace in the middle of a busy routine.

Real alignment comes from small, daily transitions and quiet moments of awareness. By integrating tiny pauses and gentle boundaries into the day, it becomes much easier to manage stress, stay grounded, and maintain energy without rewriting the entire schedule.


Encontrar el equilibrio no requiere un cambio radical de vida; se trata simplemente de proteger tu paz en medio de la rutina diaria.

La verdadera armonía proviene de las pequeñas transiciones y de los momentos silenciosos de consciencia. For Sofia, self-care is a creative process of unwinding. She finds her balance by reflecting on things she's thankful for and exploring new worlds through books and television. She also makes it a point to stay active by stretching and moving her body. To her, wellness is built through small, consistent habits that focus on the activities she truly loves.

Para Sofia, el cuidado personal es un proceso creativo de relajación.
