Bilateral breast reduction by Washington Women Plastic Surgery 💕

Our beautiful patient in her late 30s came to us after feeling self-conscious about her breast size for most of her life. She shared that her breasts had been large since puberty and continued to grow over the years. Wearing a 36F/G, her goal was to finally feel more comfortable in a B or C cup.

Together, she and our surgeons decided on a bilateral breast reduction. Liposuction was also performed on both sides to help create a balanced, natural contour.

These after photos were taken almost 9 months after surgery, and her confidence and happiness truly shine through. We are so grateful she trusted us to be part of her journey and allowed us to share her beautiful transformation. ✨💕

Our beautiful patient, in her early 40s, came to us after experiencing breast volume loss following pregnancy. A beautiful transformation designed to enhance her natural proportions while honoring her strong frame. ✨

Our beautiful patient, in her early 40s, came to us hoping to achieve a fuller breast shape and more balanced look. During her consultation, it was clear how dedicated she is to fitness, so creating a result that complemented her physique was an important part of the plan.

Together, we chose bilateral breast augmentation with Motiva implants placed over the muscle, along with liposuction to the outer chest and underarm area on both sides for a smoother, more refined look. The result is feminine, proportionate, and beautifully suited to her body. Which is exactly what the patient was wanting.

This beautiful patient came to us in her early 20s seeking a bilateral breast reduction. Her larger breasts were contributing to physical discomfort and worsening her scoliosis, making this decision about so much more than appearance. We believe breast reduction can be life-changing. It can mean less pain, greater freedom of movement, improved posture, and feeling more at ease in the body you live in every day.

This beautiful patient in her early 20s experienced significant weight changes that left her feeling frustrated and disconnected from her breasts. She came to her consultation hoping to restore a more youthful, lifted shape that felt more aligned with her body.

Mommy Makeover ✨💗

This beautiful patient, a mother of four in her early 40s, came to us looking to restore her confidence after two C-sections left her with abdominal wall weakness, persistent bloating, and a more prominent abdomen despite living a very active lifestyle. She also shared that she had always wished for fuller breasts, even before pregnancy.

Together, we designed a personalized mommy makeover that included a breast augmentation with 320 cc Motiva® implants placed in the dual-plane position, an abdominoplasty with re**us muscle (diastasis) repair, repair of a small upper abdominal hernia, and liposuction to further contour her waist and abdomen.

The result is a beautiful, natural-looking transformation that complements her body and reflects who she is beautifully.

Every breast reduction journey is personal, and we’re so grateful this beautiful patient trusted us - not only with her care, but with sharing her story.

In her early 20s, she came to us as a 32DDD after years of pain, discomfort, and feeling limited by her breasts.

With an active lifestyle, she wanted to be able to run, exercise, and simply feel comfortable in her body again. Her goal was to achieve a proportional B cup that matched her frame and lifestyle.

During her procedure, bra line/armpit liposuction was also performed on both sides, with a total lipoaspirate of 30cc per side, to help create a smooth, balanced look that the patient would be happy with.

WWPS Breast Augmentation with Motiva USA implants.✨

This beautiful, healthy patient in her early 40s came to us feeling that her breasts had lost volume and no longer felt proportionate to her body. During pregnancy, she experienced increased fullness, but after breastfeeding, her breasts returned to their previous size with a more deflated appearance.

Starting at an A cup, her goal was to achieve a natural B cup. But more importantly she wanted something more feminine, balanced, and beautifully proportionate to her frame.

After a thorough consultation, the patient and Catherine Hannan MD, FACS agreed that Motiva implants would best achieve her desired outcome. She received 340 cc Motiva implants in both the right and left breasts. Implants were placed under the muscle (dual plane) for a natural, beautiful and feminine look.

Now five months post-op, she is incredibly happy with her natural, beautifully balanced results.
