But not everything can be solved through thinking alone.

What you feel still matters, even when you can’t fully name it.

A lot of our experiences don’t come with clear language attached. They show up in reactions, tension, exhaustion, or a sense of “something’s off” that’s hard to explain.

But not being able to explain something doesn’t make it any less real. And it definitely doesn’t mean it has to stay the same.

There are ways of working with what you feel, gently, without needing to have the perfect words for it.
