Looking to meet people, stay active, and explore D.C.? Join a run club. 🏃♀️
Whether you’re chasing a personal record, hoping to meet new friends, or just in it for the post-run beer (no judgment), there’s a D.C.-area running group for everyone.
From speed-focused crews like Dojo of Pain, to inclusive groups like Every Person Run Club and Slow and Steady Run Club, the DMV running scene is full of energy, community, and variety. Bonus: it’s a great way to get to know different neighborhoods — from Kalorama to Navy Yard, Rock Creek Park to NoMa.
As someone who has lived and works all across the DMV, I’m always thinking about how people connect with the places they live — and run clubs are just one more way to find your rhythm here!
📩 Thinking about a new neighborhood or need help navigating the local market? I’d love to support your next move — on or off the market.
