I know so many women who know what to do, but get overwhelmed trying to do everything perfectly. The truth is, the women who see results aren’t eating perfectly every meal. They’re finding ways to stay consistent even on the busiest days.
Some days I have time to cook. Some days I’m grabbing a shake, a pre-made meal, or adding extra protein to a convenience option. Both can fit your goals.
